Membership Options


This includes 3 introductory classes that cover the foundations of olympic lifting, gymnastics, and nutrition (if time allows). It is mandatory for new athletes without CrossFit experience and is included with your 1-time enrollment fee.


Lock-in with us for a little longer and we'll sweeten the monthly rate. (Noticing a trend yet?) If you're almost ready to go whole hog, or want to force yourself to commit this plan is for you.


Our most flexible membership option: for a higher monthly rate you're allowed the freedom to take things one month at a time. Maybe you travel for long periods, maybe you're cautious about commitment. We're not here to judge!


The crown jewel. Our lowest monthly rate and the quickest way to lock yourself into a year (and hopefully lifetime) of health and community. Our end goal is to get you to become a healthy, happy part of our family, but that takes real commitment from both sides. We're in, are you?


A step up from month-to-month in commitment comes with some savings. Experts say it takes anywhere from 66-100 days for a new habit to become automatic and a 3 month period gives you just enough time to get hooked on fitness.

If you're interested, we'd love to have you drop-in to meet with our coaches and try out our classes. We offer 3 complimentary classes during the week, or you can stop by on Saturday mornings for our community workouts and a chance to meet our members from across different class slots. Our community and the commitment of our coaches is what makes CFK great and we believe the best way to show you that is in person. If you'd like to drop-in we ask that you let us know via the contact form below so our staff can look out for you and offer a warm welcome.
